Weddings & Civil Ceremonies
- Arrive approximately 2 hours before your wedding.
- Communicate with the venues wedding coordinator or banqueting manager regarding proceedings of the day.
- Meet with the bride to check everything is going to plan & timings.
- Check that your venue is set up as per your wishes eg Flowers, chairs etc.
- Meet the bridegroom, best man, ushers and go through the ceremony.
- Oversee the arrival of guests & direct them to the function area.
- Assist the registrars if they require the Bridegroom at a specific time.
- Check any last minute alterations to their programme.
- Make sure your guests are in the ceremony room at the correct time.
- Once married assist the photographer if needed.
