With a blend of formality and warmth, Ian will take charge of key elements, from welcoming guests and announcing speeches to coordinating the schedule, allowing you and your loved ones to relax and enjoy the festivities. Ian's professional presence ensures everything runs smoothly, while my experience and attention to detail help create an atmosphere of joy and elegance.

Whether your reception is a grand event or a more intimate gathering, I am dedicated to making it a celebration you and your guests will cherish forever.

What you can expect from Cheshire Toastmaster:

Communicate with the venues wedding coordinator or banqueting manager regarding proceedings of the day.
Check that your venue is set up as per your wishes eg Flowers, table layout etc.
Oversee the arrival of guests & direct them to the function area.
Welcome the bride & bridegroom on their arrival and check any last minute alterations to their programme.
Assist the photographer if needed with group shoots etc.
If required organise a receiving line.
Anouncements - Entrance of the bride & bridegroom, Grace (as required), Loyal toast (if required), Introduce speakers, Coordinate toasts.
Ensure that bouquets, gifts etc are ready for presentation.
Cutting of the cake (working with your photographer & videographer).
